WATER OFF FOR NON-PAYMENT
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN THE WATER BACK ON YOURSELF
By law, only authorized Water Authority personnel may turn the water back on. If anyone else turns the water on, your account will receive a violation and fee. An account with water off will require the balance paid in full or a payment of 75% down (in guaranteed funds*) and the set up of a Pay Plan to collect the remaining balance in 30 days.
*Guaranteed Funds are: Cash, Cashier’s or Certified Check, Money Orders, Debit or Credit Cards.
To turn your water back on, please contact us immediately at 505-842-WATR (9287) Option 0 to discuss repayment options. They are:
- Payment in full of the outstanding balance
- Setting up a Pay Plan
One of these actions needs to be completed by 2:00 pm MT to restore water service same day.

RECEIPT OF A DELINQUENCY LETTER
You are not in immediate danger of having your water turned off, but you should try to add a little extra to your payment to reduce your outstanding balance.
