Beginning July 1, 2019, the Albuquerque Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority utilizes the e-Procurement system (BidSync) to post and receive responses to all Purchasing solicitations including solicitations for construction and engineering services. Vendors are encouraged to register for free with BidSync to view and respond electronically to Water Authority solicitations. There is no fee to view or respond to any solicitations once registered. Although BidSync offers a paid subscription service, it is not required to do business with the Water Authority.
